RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process.
- The item(s) being returned must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- We kindly request that you include the original order invoice or proof of purchase with your return.
- Please note that certain items, such as final sale items or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account. This may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping:
- It is your responsibility to carefully package and ship the item(s) back to us using the provided shipping label. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment for your records.
- Any associated shipping costs will be your responsibility.
